Can't (re)load filament
Yes, I've searched. Can't find help.
I have printed a few items on my new mini. All seemed ok. I unloaded the filament ok, though it seemed quirky. Had to really pull it out. Maybe I was impatient.
Now I can't get filament loaded.
The filament doesn't seem to get up to the drive gears. I have pulled the PTFE tube out of the extruder and it is clear. I have lifted the cover and the gears seem clear.
Now what? Please.

What if I take off PTFE tube #2 (Printing Handbook p.36), push filament down to extruder gears, and "unload filament". Will that expel whatever maybe preventing me from getting filament up to the gears?

Solved. Printing Handbook p 38.
Idler pressure wasn't enough.
It came loose?? Strange.
Now seems fine.
