Interesting. Well, at least to me, it's obvious that inner diameter of PTFE tube is too small.. I assume that's not original PTFE that came with printer.

Thanks the filament that came with the printer. I tried both of them with the same result. They work great in the tube attached to the filament sensor.

Just crossed my mind: maybe there's some obstacle inside PTFE tube. Try to cut 1"-2" of tube, or pull tube out and try to insert filament from opposite side.

I had a similar, not that severe tho, kink in the long bowdentube going from extruder to hotend. It created alot of friction when loading, but prints have not been affected as of yet.
I would give Prusa Chat a go and see if they can send you spares.
But as previous poster, on that side the tube only acts as guide for filament and should be safe to cut shorter. Try to cut a few cm past where the filament gets stuck.

The feed tube had a manufacturing defect. Once i removed it i could see a seem line when the light hit it just right and it protruded into the tubing interior. The tube from the filament drive to the nozzle was fine. I used the Amazon tube to replace the feed guide tube and successfully completed my first print!
