Calibration when switching between ASA and PETG

Hello,

I am sure, that my problem has been discussed many times on here before. So you may also link any topics that can help me. Since I am still fairly inexperienced with 3D printing I am describing my problem here:

I am using a Mini+ with the standard printing sheet and Prusament ASA - I get a nice first layer.

However when I switch to Prusament PETG and the Powdercoated sheet the first layer is OK, but could be much closer to the printing sheet. However the nozzle is already as close as possible when calibrating.

I am guessing I have to reduce the distance to the printing sheet even more? How would I do that?

Thanks for any help!

reset live Z to 0.0mm, then raise the Minda, by one thread (1mm)(one click if the clamp is loose enough!)  and  re adjust live Z

As Joan suggested.

Keep in mind that the steel sheet have different size (by thickness). Example: the texture sheet is more thinner than steel sheet. I don't have powdered coat sheet, I will assume that powdered coat sheet is thinner than steel sheet (standard one). That's why you need to run calibration every time you change sheet.

I would suggest print a 1.5mm height adjustment tool - such like this: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/57192-super-pinda-spinda-spinda-height-adjustment-tool-m
