3 mini, not used for awhile, all y axis failed during cal.

I have not used my mini's in a while due to an accident.  All have been in enclosures.  So now that I'm ready to start back printing, I ran the xyz axis test and all 3 mini's failed the y axis.  I have updated the firmware to 4.3.4 and changed the bearing u-bolts to the plates and cleaned and re-aligned everything.  Tighten the belts, loosen the belts.  Switched rods.  I can see one mini having issues, but all 3 and the same issue.  Can anyone help here.  I have looked at youtube and forums.  Maybe the end caps have changed (shrunk) that hold the rods?  Does the firmware need to be modified?  I have worked days on this.  Rebuild all 3 and same issue

Have you worked through the standard answers for this class of question?  Have you lubricated the smooth rods?

The three common reasons for prints suddenly failing after a printer has been unused for a while:

A dirty print bed. Give it a really thorough clean and avoid touching the print area.

Damp filament. Look up threads here about drying filament especially if it has been left open.

General neglect, dust and cobwebs... Basic cleaning, lubrication and general maintenance have all been missed.

Yes thanks for the response.  It came down to the belts.  I had a tie wrap at the of the belts and they was too tight.
