Is this a mod I should consider implementing

I saw this mod on printables, but I'm not sure if this is needed or not. What are everyone's thoughts on it?

You don’t need it unless you need it. After running the bed level calibration, run auto-home. You can check the corners with a bubble level. If you are adventurous you can run OctoPrint on a device (like a laptop or Raspberry Pi) attached to the USB-C port on the back of your printer. There is plugin that does a bed mesh and displays a graph to show how level the bed is.

Don't see the need for it. I had one Core One with an uneven bed. Moved it all the way down. Rotated lead screws until even. Done.

One thing I wanted to add is be careful printing and installing mods that change the mechanics of the printer. Some of them do more harm than good. Only if you identify a problem that is best fixed with a particular mod should you then print and install it.

RE:

I had an uneven bed as well. I moved Z to 275, disabled motors, and turned all three leadscrews to zero out the bed at 275. But when I moved the Z height back up to 0 the bed was tilted about 1 millimeter. My three Z motor leadscrews don't have the same pit. Two are about 2.000 mm and the right front is about 2.08mm. You should check your lead screw pitches. Several commenters have posted tools or techniques for checking the leadscrew pitch. I contacted Prusa about replacing at least one of my Z motors but its been two weeks and I haven't heard back yet.

Unless you are getting consistent 1st layer problems, I wouldn't change anything.
