Octo4a
Anyone got octo4a running on the mini?
No
So you don't run octo4a. You run octoprint.
O4A as in OctoPrint on Android?
Anyone got octo4a running on the mini?
Just to clarify: Are you referring to the OctoPrint on Android project? We get a lot of questions on running things on the RPi 4.

Sorry - if you were referring to the android app, that would not be me. I am running octoprint on a Pi4.

Got the mini supported.
Yeah that's why I listed it as octo4a. And not octoprint.
I got the USB id's added. V1.0 now supports the Prusa Mini
RE:
Can you elaborate... I am not able to connect with latest version 🙁
Thanks
RE: Octo4a
Are you using an otg micro USB cable?
RE:
I could do some more testing, by choosing the 'CDC serial driver' allowed me to connect to the printer 🙂
RE: Octo4a
Thanks for posting this. Today this was the most useful thing on the internet for me!
RE: Octo4a
For anyone else who happens by here:
On my first attempts I got a "printer not connected" message on the phone (a non-rooted Pixel 3), but that came down to the cable. Once I got a good cable, it pretty much just worked.
For the serial driver, I used "CDC Serial Driver"
I used the OTG adapter suggested here: https://3dprintbeginner.com/octoprint-for-android-recycle-your-old-phone/
I used the printer profile settings given here: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/octoprint-configuration-and-install_2182
I didn't install any plugins or anything. This is my first experience with OctoPrint, and I have to say, using it on a phone (with the built-in camera) is pretty slick.
