New direct Drive using original parts, plus a little printing
I have no idea how good will this work XD but trying everything to see how it will :D, if this goes well, the single issue i have is insert and get out the filament as in how many milimiters, if this works and prusa sees it, maybe in the secret menu they can let us modify this. Also i will post my work in the printables 😀

Soo another day has passed and i made some adjustments plus, i used the following :
2 x bolts of M3x40 with 2 hex nuts, everything like i mentioned are present from the original machine . Of course some adjutments can be made also. LIKE the following:
1 make the fan bracket and the direct drive holder 1 unit
2 maybe the upper part of the braket lowered?
3. To noob to understand this but i left the original retraction, if some badass sexy tuners will print this for fun and find the right retraction , be my guess.
4. Take the original design of the ....i think it's the front extruder part where the fillet winds in and make the gap smaller to sit flushed with the fillet on the hotend
5. If you wanna see further modifications, ping me and we shall see what can we do :d
People will ask me WHY DID YOU DO THIS, the pressure is to much, there are cheap alternatives, yes you are right, but i have some free time XD , plus my fake prusa's are working perfect, only the original has some weird thing where it just clogs :|, i dissasembled , put new parts and same issue, i have no fricking clue maybe i'm doing something weird to THIS particular machine.
I did some tests also and ran the machine and random speeds nothing i did , made the machine behave weird or make dents with my design.
BUT i have no fricking clue where to put the filament senzor XD

New filament placement that fit's well with the design, starting to think that i need to take prusa's design of the extruder and slim it down

Or use the Mk3 extruder for the mini. I made a remix so the filamentsensor works too.
You have to purchase the dual gears though.

I saw that 😀 , but i just wanted to see if my crazy idea works XD, i did actually pretty well, plus i wanted to use already what prusa gave you, cause on the other 2 , i have a duat drive bontech and another sherpa , incoming. but i wanted to try this madness XD, cause for some reason the original prusa started to get clogs 😐

try the Mk3 profile in Slicer, adjust XY and Z dimensions, and try 0.4mm retraction...
