How to connect Mini to Octoprint?
I tried everything what I can
But it can't connect at all. (offline)

Your Octoprint instance is running on a linux computer - maybe a Raspberry Pi?
Your printer (Mini) is connected to the computer - you are using the small connector on the Mini - not that one for the USB-drive for flashing firmware or for printing from US-Drive. It es bellow the main switch of the printer and in front of the USB-connector for the USB-Drive.

Maybe this can help you,
- OctoPrint - Prusa MINI
- sudo raspi-config (IMPORTANT - Genuine USB cable)
- Interfacing options / Enable Serial
- In Octoprint serial settings, leave Serial Port and Baudrate on Auto and leave Additional serial ports field blank, and enable Request exclusive access to the serial port.

What could also make sense is to change the USB-Cable - if it is working for data transfer on a mobile phone it will also work with the printer.

yeap! I use Raspberry Pi 3B.
And I've already used the small connector on the Mini .
But it still not working 😱

Can you connect your Mini with exactly that USB-cable to Pronterface - means can you establish a connection - if yes we know that the cable is working. In more than 3,5 years using Octoprint I never had a problem to connect the printer to it.
Did you installed the image of octoprint which is for download on the homepage or was this installed in another way?

Go to https://octoprint.org/download/ and download the latest OctoPrint image. Insert your SD card into your computer. Click on "Flash from file" and select your newly downloaded OctoPrint image. Click on "Select target" and select the sd card drive.

I cannot get a connection to the printer from Octopi. My Mini+ doesn't have an option to turn off RPi port. Why?

I found an answer to Mini+ connection to Octopi on RPi3+. You must turn off the Networking interface on the Mini+ menu for networking. I turned OFF the Interface under the Network menu and everything connects now. I found no reference to do this anywhere. Hope this helps somebody else.
