It leaves a rough edge. How can I make sure there will be no seam there?

I'm printing with a 0.8mm nozzle, 0.65 perimeter width, using Arachne.

Your second image shows that there is only one perimeter in the thin section between the case opening and the case wall, so I expect the need to either, start or end in that area,

Have you tried changing from Aracne to Classic perimeter generator, or vice versa.
and have you tried reducing the External perimeter extrusion width to see if you can give the extruder an escape route?

you might need both Classic, and reduced perimeter extrusion width, to get the result you are looking for

Or perhaps a smaller nozzle size.

Thanks,

It was indeed the single line wall. For some reason it won't print it continuously with the rest of the perimeter.

I ended up making the wall thicker in the model to make it work.
