RE: Where can I download Prusa Slicer 2.9.3 Beta 1?
When I posted the message the compiled binaries were not available on github.
As for being a "newbie", I have over 40 years experience as an embedded systems architect, engineer and programmer and more then 10 years experience with 3d printers. I have been working with github for more than 10 years and with source code control in general for more than 30 years. I have posted several bug reports, issue reports and feature requests to the firmware, slicer and network software to the Prusa repositories.
I am as far away from being a newbie as you can possibly get.
Before assaulting someones character, knowledge or experience you might want to found out more about them.
I don't normally flame someone in a public forum but your response was offensive to me in so many ways that I felt obligated to reply.
You might want to take a look at why you immediately assumed that I didn't know what i was doing rather than maybe there was a problem outside of my control.
When you A S S U M E something you make an ASS out of yoU and ME!!
Having to ask that question should tell you that you have no need of the beta, beta's alpha's and Rc's are not for newbies, they are intended for expert Plus users, new users wouldn't even be able to recognize a technical issue, or bug, meaning you wouldn't know that it wasn't working right if you used it.
Big problem on GitHub, However, I'm sure no one else in the community will tell you this, most will just pass the buck, and tell you to go to GitHub rather then explain to you that you didn't know something, and how you might do it.
This community is flawed.

Not a competition with Tim at all, but I'll mention that I downloaded it 9/1/2025 3:35 pm
All source code.zips and Source code (tar.gz) and .dmg's were there and were available.
