What the SEAM is going on with this?

Hi, S3d 4.01 hold out here, trying PS for the 3 time in as many years.   2.9.2 just installed, took the stock profile for the MakerGear M2 .75 nozzle and made some changes of course, nothing crazy I am very good with S3d, so not a newbie.  Got my 2 walled cal square good but man no love printing a real model.  Was hoping for a better seem that S3d produces but nothing doing.. Tried the default perimeter and this is Classic not much difference.. can not sell a part whit a big hole in it..  Not sure how you post settings since there are a million so I saved the project with the calibration model and will up load it if the form allows it.  Still trying to figure out why I can not attach a photo that is only 285K .. no clue does not look like anything is attached but if it is just going to leave the .3mf file

There we go.. still can not add the project file

Nope, nothing attached..

The allowed file types are restricted.  You need to zip up any other files such as 3mf to attach them.  Its the same over on the github too.

No the project file is the best way to share issues.  No need for the config bundle as the project contains the 3 in use profiles.  It would also contain any modifiers etc (if any were in use).  When someone opens the PS project it will temporarily load them in.  The config bundle to be any use would have to be installed which would permanently install all the profiles onto a system.

Unless you open it up manually and look through it with a text editor.  Which is a pain in the rear 🙂  Basically not needed.

That all looks perfectly normal, the one thing that may be worth changing and testing is reducing your travel speed down from 300, by a lot.  You have 300mm a second on those corners as its moving between perimeters and I'm wondering if that is pulling filament away from the area leading to the holes.

Interesting thought. That is the value used in S3d for non printing travel speed, but it is worth a try, I think it said default was 130, not sure if what the value was on the default profile but I guess I can just load that and look.    Currently have the prod model printing with s3d on both printers so will give it a try in an hour or so..

Ok, with External perimeter first unchecked we have a usable print but still not better that s3d.  Any tips to pull those seam bumps in smaller?

PS left S3d right. This  was with Nearest set for PS and Optimized for S3d.  I tried aligned but was too far off from the corner.  Any other tips to reduce the bumps or get them in a line on one corner..
