Volumetric flow setting changes outer form near hole in model

Hello Prusa-Community

I have been printing with the MK3S+ for many years. For the first time I have a problem with a strange deformation of the perimeter.

The STL file (self-made model from Blender) does not have this deformation (see screenshot). The  deformation is very visible and disturbing on the printed model. However, it is not a printer error, as this is already visible in the preview in PrusaSlicer. It is hardly visible in the feature type preview, but in the preview for volumetric flow rate you can see very well that the slicer changes something at this point.

I assume that it has to do with the hole and the only 2 perimeters. The slicer automatically varies the variable flow rate here. Is there a setting in Prusa Slicer that ensures that the outer wall has priority and is printed at a constant flow rate?

Thanks for your help

Slicer: 2.9.0

Settings: Default Filament (Generic PLA) and default Printer Profile (MK3S+ MMU3 Single)
