v2.6.1
I load an .stl file into v2.6.1 look at it, then exit, I make no changes to the file.
But when I exit it asks if I want to save it as a .3mf file. This happens to every file.
How do I stop it from asking me if I want to save it as a 3mf file?

Menu Path: Configuration > Preferences > General Tab
Deselect Ask for unsaved changes in project.

It’s not asking if you want to save the stl file. It’s asking if you want to save the Prusa slicer project.
This is the equivalent of you opening a blank Word document, importing some text and then hitting close. It asks if you want to save the changes you made to the blank document. PS is doing the same.
