Using PrusaSlicer with a BIQU BI SE Plus

HELP!

I have two Prusa printers and I don't want to start using another slicer.

I need either a workable profile for a BIQU B1 SE Plus or an explanation for why, when I create a "physical printer" based on a BIQU BX, the new profile won't show my custom created filament settings like my Prusa printers do.

Any profiles for filament you created based in the normal profiles are probably still locked to the PRUSA vendor space or have compatible conditions set. You need to clear out any compatible printers settings and use the detach button then resave the profile.
