Uninstall PrusaSlicer using system uninstall.
Then move directories to another location or delete it (assuming you use standard Windows installation paths):
C:\Program Files\Prusa3D\PrusaSlicer C:\Users\<your_username_here>\AppData\Roaming\PrusaSlicer C:\Users\All Users\AppData\Roaming\PrusaSlicer

Before you uninstall it you can also use Help>Show Configuration Folder to locate where its storing all the profiles. You can then remove those once you have uninstalled as they are kept between installs.
