Unexpected slicing behavior

Im trying to print these pyramids for a little puzzle game, but the tops seem to be sliced in such a way that they have these notches taken out of them. Im relatively new to 3d printing and I created this model myself so its likely an error on my part. Any ideas? Thanks!

I can attach the fusion 360 file and the prusaslicer file if that is allowed using an external link if needed, dont want to break any rules. It doesnt seem to let me using the add media option.

If you would simply revert/choose, the original perimeter generator over the new one, you may find that your project is printing correctly. The new default perimeter generator is called "Arachne", and while its touted to be superior, it is fought with troubles. You may be best off to go with the original perimeter generator, it has been very disrespectfully named the Classic generator, and at this time remains superior by many standards to the new software thrust upon you.
