Trying to print small gears

I try to print a small gear but the slicer seems to "remove"  areas.
I tried to rotate the part with different result.

How can I get the slicer to create all teeth on the gear?

RE: Trying to print small gears

You dont say what printer you are using, what nozzle size etc so making a guess and assuming a common 0.4mm nozzle - The teeth of your model are smaller than the extrusion width depending on the angle. For things that small then a 0.25mm nozzle is often needed. That are go to SLA printing which does better at small scales.

It may be possible to print with a larger nozzle but we would need a copy of your Prusa Slicer project file to debug with and see what you are currently using. In PS go to file>Save As and save your project. That will create a .3mf file. a PS 3mf will contain the parts and a copy of the 3 profiles you are using. This allows us to slice exactly as you are doing and then experiment with different settings to check results.

However to attach files here you must ZIP them up. If you don't the forum will silently reject them and they wont get attached. Also as the forum has VERY short edit time its best to refresh after posting and check.

OK Found the setting

Changed "Minimum parameter width " from 85% to 55%
