The configured post-processing script does not exist
Hey guys,
Hope you can help me. I am quite new to this Prusa so mb i made some obvious mistake but could not find in the internet a solution so I hope you can help me.
We have ink 3D printer so the configuration is custom. I exported config from gcode file that already existed. Then i loaded my model(pic 1) and sliced it (pic2) but when i tried to export gcode it game me an error.
Any suggestion how to solve it?
Would appreciate any help,
Best regards,
Artem
RE: The configured post-processing script does not exist
We would need a copy of your saved Prusa Slicer project file. Get to the point where you are having the problem and then File>Save Project As. This will save a .3mf file. A 3mf file contains the model(s) but more importantly all the settings you are using.
Post processing scripts are usually configured in the Print Profile and command an external script to be run on the output gcode. The error message indicates its trying to run a script in c:Program that doesn't exist.
To attach a 3mf file (or most files really) to the forum you MUST zip them up. The forum only allows a very limited selection of file types.
RE: The configured post-processing script does not exist
I suspect the Print Settings -> Output options -> Post-Processing Script field has an unescaped space in it (or it is just wrong). To fix that try one of these options:
- Adding a backspash before each space will work on most systems, but perhaps not on windows
- Surrounding the whole script path with double-quotes
- Moving the post-processing script to a location where there will not be any spaces in the path

RE:
As I know this is an older thread, however I am having the same problem slicing a file for my 3D printer and getting the same error.
Should I post a new thread as the answers here did not help?
update... never mind, I just deleted the post script and it works now. The printer is a neptune 4 pro and I had to enter it manually so it must have created the post script at that point.... thanx for being there for people like me!!
