Hi
Ths support material is too dense and impossible to remove. how to do I change it?

If you save your project as a 3mf file and attach it to a post here we can check your settings. You need to zip compress it before uploading for the forum software to accept it.
Formerly known on this forum as @fuchsr -- until all hell broke loose with the forum software...
