STL files still opening in old version after installing 2.3
I have been running PrusaSlicer 2.2 for a while now and finally updated to 2.3. I was prompted during the install to uninstall the old versions, but had an error message come up when it tried to launch the uninstaller. 2.3 finished the installation successfully, I can open the program and drag/drop models in, etc. it all works fine. However, if I just try to open an STL file, it will still open up in prusa slicer 2.2. I have searched my computer's drives for any programs/files containing the name 'prusa' and I can't even find where this old version is located. Is there a way I can do a clean install, without losing my printer profiles, to ensure that when I open an STL file, it opens in the most recent software version?
RE: STL files still opening in old version after installing 2.3
Guess we're talking Windows here?! Assigning extensions and programs is done by the OS itself. Choose any STL file in Explorer, right click and select "Open with"..:", then choose the correct version of prusa slicer or point to any program you want STL-files to be opened with.

Try going to the preferences in 2.3.3 and selecting "Associate .stl files to PrusaSlicer:" if you haven't already.
Then go into 2.2 and deselect it in the preferences, restart your operating system and see if that helps.
Good Luck
