Squishing in latest Prusa Slicer alpha

8x Ender 3 S1 printers
I have an issue with 2.6 a6 where the models are coming out slightly squished in the Z. This was not happening in 2.5, and is not happening with Cura. I want to utilize the organic supports that 2.6 has.
Are there any specific settings related to this I can compare to 2.5 to see if something has changed before I go through, and check every setting in both programs?
