Some perimeters starting from the overhang / bridge

Every now and then I find PrusaSlicer doing this odd behaviour...

I have a round section which crosses a hole (effectively two bridges). When slicing, PrusaSlicer decides to start from the overhang / bridge, instead of a proper supported side. See below:

Why wouldn't / shouldn't it start from the "yellow" section and effectively run the overhang as a bridge?

Link to the project, if it helps... (Layer 88, lines 133054 and 134430)

Cheers, Fred.

There are many existing issues raised on the Prusa Slicer github relating to this.  its a known issue for anyone who frequents the PS github.

For example
https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/11430
https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/11101
https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/10738
https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/13553
https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/13576
Theres probably others too.

I'd download your project and check if changing Arachne to Classic helps (as it does in many cases) but its on an external file store so I wont.  If you want to attach a file here you need to ZIP it up or the forum wont accept it.

Thanks for your reply! Changing from Arachne to Classic indeed helps (although it still prints "mid air" unsupported, just in a different location...

As for the Project, I tried initially to add to the media, along with the images, but said the format wasn't supported, hence why I uploaded to Dropbox instead.

Zip added below (Dropbox file removed).

Starting from overhand-bridge.3mf
