Slicer stuck at20%

I am trying to print something for my nephew and the slicer keeps getting hung up at 20%. am i missing something? i am using 2.4.2

It depends, if you can post the file you are trying to slice (remember to zip it to attach here) I'll be willing to try and see what I get.
