Slicer 2.9.2 extruder changes when slicing
I just updated to the latest slicer. When I slice the object, even though I have set the extruder to number to, the layers randomly switch to slicer one, then back to two several times. This never happened in my prior versions of the slicer and I can’t figure out what is going on. Also, the brim shows fine in the slicer, but is barely there on the actual print.
has anyone else had this issue? I did uninstall and then downloaded and installed the software again, but the same issues. Should I go back to the last version?

Do you see the warning triangles in your first picture? That's the slicer telling you the .stl file has errors and although it will try to slice it there may be issues ...
Which software did you use to create the file? There may be a setting to correct it for printing.
