I started using Prusaslicer about 2½ years ago. One of the first settings I changed was to check the option to put the settings into a non-modal window. I did this because my pc has 3 monitors. So it was really useful to have the settings window on a different monitor from that of the main window. I can't remember what Prusaslicer version was in use at that time, but whenever I moved the settings window onto a different monitor, this would be remembered and the settings window would remain on that same monitor the next time I openened Prusaslicer.

A couple of versions later, the behavior changed. Since then, the settings window always opens on the same monitor as the the main Prusaslicer window. I then have to drag it across onto a different monitor in order to see both windows at the same time.

I know it's not just Prusaslicer which has changed. Windows has received updates also. I'm on windows 11 now. I was on windows 10 when I first started using Prusaslicer, but I was still on windows 10 when this behavior changed. My other applications all remember which monitor they were last used on.

Does anyone know of a way to configure things so that the settings window opens up on the same monitor where I left it previously?
