Seam/infill line around holes

Hi,

I have an issue which only seems to occur when dealing with rounded cutouts in prints where they are visible from the top. It prints another single line above the top layer halfway between the hole and the next nearest perimeter it seems.

I have tried reducing my extrusion, changing the top layer infill, solid top layers and infill percentage with no difference.

Any advice?
