Reload from disk feature not working
Since about version 2.3.0 the "reload from disk" feature is greyed out and not selectable, why?? This worked perfectly fine before.

The Reload from disk feature sometimes disables itself when you perform some operations on the model (for example, if you cut the model in the slicer using the Cut tool). Maybe there are also other things that disable it but that's the one I noticed.
