PrusaSlicer with no preset for a 0.4 nozzle for the MK3S+
I have a Prusa MK3S+ with a 0.4 nozzle.
In the PrusaSlicer presets I don't see any option that lists with a 0.4 nozzle even though it mentions 0.4 is the default nozzle size.
I went into the Configuration Wizard within PrusaSlicer and ensured all Original Prusa MK3 with the 0.4 nozzles were checked, and yet back in the PrusaSlicer I didn't see any presets with a 0.4 nozzle listed. I only see 0.25, 0.6, and 0.8 nozzles listed.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Is it a big deal if the preset is "Original Prusa i3 MK3S & MK3S+ 0.25 nozzle" even though my printer has a 0.4 nozzle installed?
If it is a big deal how can I fix this problem?

The MK3S+ profile for the 0.4mm nozzle doesn't mention a nozzle size because it is the "default", so the name is "Original Prusa i3 MK3S & MK3S+". Personally, I think that was an oversight on Prusa's part, but for historical reasons they've stuck with it. For more recent printers (XL, MK4, C1) they have started putting the nozzle diameter on all the profiles.
If you try to use a profile for another nozzle size then your extrusion amount calculations and spacing between parallel extruded lines will be all messed up.
Make sure you have at least the 0.4mm nozzle selected in the Configuration Wizard, and you should see "Original Prusa i3 MK3S & MK3S+" in the list of printer system presets:
