PrusaSlicer settings for layers

Hellow, I am new user of PrusaSlicer and I wonder if it is posible to set several retraction length in one model to print  ??

Not to my knowledge.  Also, I'm not sure why you'd need the capability.

Yes, though it's a bit of a hack. You can define multiple extruders, each with separate retraction settings. I saw a post here in which someone used the technique (sorry, lost the reference) for another purpose, and realized it could be easily used for settings that are normally reserved for hardware. In this example, I created 9 "extruders" and assigned a different one to each part to test retraction from 0.0-0.8mm in 0.1mm increments. I did the same with z-lift on another test:

Prusa has since incorporated filament overrides for retraction settings, so it might be possible to fake the same effect with filament changes somehow, but I haven't pursued that approach.

Using this approach for a single part should work through extruder assignments, but I haven't pursued my MMU2 at all. You might be well served by researching how extruder changes are handled with the MMU2.

Not a specific answer to your question, but hopefully this info will get you started.
