Prusaslicer - Prusa Connect Not working

I have an interesting issue with Prusaslicer/Prusa Connect menu.
2 weeks ago it worked properly.
Now, I'm logged in. Under the printer line, the printer status (available/offline/printing) shows correctly the actual printer status. When I click on Prusa Connect tab, I get a message: "Connection Failed, something went wrong". And nothing happens.
From the chrome browser, I can use the Prusa Connect normally, so the connection to my printer is ok. (And as I mentioned, in the slicer, the printer status is signed correctly).
I removed/reinstalled the slicer many times, but the same. I can log in (moreover: it logs in automatically after starting PrusaSlicer), the printer status is correct - so I think the connection must be ok, but when I click on Connection tab, it's not working. I'm really frustrated and I have no more idea, what to do.
I already asked the help chat, but they hadn't any solution.
Any idea?

Hi,
I have hit the same behavior. In my case it was VPN and some network filtering. Using "clean" connection worked.

I have the same problem, the "Prusa Connect" tab in PrusaSlicer comes up blank, although I can connect to the printer with the web browser. Even the "Send to Connect button next to "Export" brings up a totally blank window.
I have tried everything, but cannot cure the problem.

prusa connect (from the slicer application) doesn't work for me either. On the same network, the same machine works perfectly fine under linux. Under Windows (win 11) I can't log in to my account within the slicer application because the slicer freezes. There is no error message but it doesn't log in, the application just freezes. prusaslicer 2.8.1+win64 (202409181359) win 11 up to date. any ideas what the problem could be? I got so far that it might have something to do with webviewer2 but I'm stuck here.
