PrusaSlicer not accurately slicing what is on the platter
I modeled a utensil using Fusion360. One feature I added during the design process was to round off the end of the utensil (as seen in the green pre-sliced model below). However, after I slice the model, this design feature is ignored and it is sliced without the rounded ends (see post-sliced orange model below). The model on the platter is being sliced incorrectly.
Does anybody know how to resolve this?
RE: PrusaSlicer not accurately slicing what is on the platter
make the blade thicker, or
reduce the Extrusion width for external perimeters, or
use a smaller nozzle, or
increase the XY Size Compensation value a little
essentially what I believe is happening, is, Slicer is getting to a point where the model Y dimension is thinner than one external perimeter and the slicer is unable to print thin enough to realise t remainder of the blade.

Changing the nozzle size to 0.25 helped a lot. Not exactly round like I designed, but much closer. Thank you!
