PrusaSlicer 2.8.0 strange result with the Hairy Lion

Hello Guys,

This is my first post here, I hope I won't screw up anything with the posting.

I tried to print the awsome Hairy Lion today. I'm experiencing some strange behaviour with the hairs, PS tires to print them detached from the model. At the sacrificial wall side it's fine, it always fails on the model side, not every line, but plenty of them. I tried several settings, including slicing algorythm, detect bridging perimeters, thick bridges, layer height, wall count, line width, etc. in pretty much every possible combination. It would help if the model part was printed first, thus having something to attach to, or PS applied a larger overlap between the model and the hairs, but apparently there is no setting for neither of those. The problem with the shown particular layer is that it has a decent overhang, and the hairs, but it fails at the subsequent hair locations as well. Here's what I'm talking about:

If I select the classic perimeter generator, PS lays down a wall on the model side first, which is good, but then it wants to draw every line in two passes, regardless of the line width setting:

It's not well visible in the second image, but the outer two bridge lines are a bit thinner, I stopped the drawing when those were still just at the "one pass" stage.

Can somebody tell me what am I missing?

Thanks,

Peter
