Prusaslicer 2.8.0 putting gaps into the gcode & print?!

I'm trying to print a model from Fab365 and the PrusaSlicer 2.8.0 is putting gaps into the gcode.
The .stl file looks fine in the PrusaSlicer.
Just in case the Fab365 model file had errors in it, I tried "Repair the STL File" and it had no effect.
Has anyone ever seen this behavior from PrusaSlicer before?
Is there a way to fix it or work around?

Thanks!

Please post a copy of your Prusa Slicer project file.  File>Save project as.  That will save a PS 3mf file that contains the model and more importantly all your settings that you are slicing with.  We can then examine everything including the preview options.  Without one its just guesswork.

If I had to guess from the single picture I would say that those parts are too thin to slice with your extrusion width with Arachne.  Arachne sometimes has problems with sloped areas and thin sections.  But need the project file really.

I've tried changing various settings such as layer height but, it didn't stop the gaps.

I had to zip the 3mf file in order to upload it.

Thanks for the project file.  The geometry as designed is too small to be printable with that nozzle size.  Its just printing dots for those parts even when its wide enough for a single extrusion. Even with arachne its only possible to print down to a minimum.   That just isn't enough for this part.

You have a few options.

A) You could fit a smaller nozzle and print with a thinner extrusion width.
B) you could adjust the Arachne settings to tell it to print thinner.  Not a great option as realistically a 0.4mm nozzle just cant go below a certain width.
C) add on a 0.2mm XY adjustment (Print Settings>Advanced>Slicing>XY Size Compensation.  That will grow all perimeters by 0.2 but does make that part printable.  Depending on if this part is supposed to connect to other parts you might need to trim/sand any connecting surfaces though.

And yes the forum only allows a very limited number of file types so zipping up a file to attach is normal here.

Examine the attached project.

Thank you for the suggestions.
It looks like you made the XY Size Compensation with the "neo" project file you sent?
It sliced and looks normal in my PrusaSlicer now.
I will try and print it.

That worked.  It produced a workable print.

Thank you Neophyl!
