Prusa Slicer Removes Part of Design?

Hi all, I am trying to print this frame shown in the attached pictures. In the 1st image there is a support built into the design that is meant to be snapped off after printing is complete, however for some reason, when I slice the file this support just magically disappears.

Does anyone have any ideas / suggestions? I have included pictures as well as the STL file itself.

The break-away builtin support might be too thin to print reliably with your current nozzle.

Try turning on detect thin walls

The esteemed colleague is correct. In layman´s terms, the slicer shows in "sliced view" how parts will effectively be printed line by line - if the vertical layers are too thin to print with a certain nozzle then the slicer will (have to) disregard these layers as unprintable. It´s nicely visible if you try to print fine print letters e.g. on a plastic business card with a .4mm nozzle. The fineprint will usually become visible again if you switch the slicer to a finer nozzle, which will basically act as a proof of the root cause.

I try to give answers to the best of my ability, but I am not a 3D printing pro by any means, and anything you do you do at your own risk. BTW: I have no food for…

I would just add that detect thin walls may result in other artifacts elsewhere in a model, so the safer approach is to model the breakaway support slightly thicker. May not be an issue here but may become a factor in future designs.
