Eigenständiges Öffnen und Schließen des Ventilationsgrills funktioniert nicht?

Moin,

vielleicht stelle ich mich ja etwas blöd an, aber ich hatte es so verstanden, dass mit der Einführung des Core One + auch für den normalen Core One die automatische Öffnung und Schließung des oberen Ventilationsgrills eingeführt wurden.

Das Update hatte ich vor langer Zeit gemacht und seitdem auch schon wieder öfters gedruckt. Der Drucker befindet sich somit auf dem neuesten Stand.

Leider kann ich es jedoch nicht beobachten, dass er selbstständig den Ventilationsgrill öffnet und schließt. Habe ich dahingehend etwas falsch verstanden oder muss man noch irgendwo was aktivieren? Ich habe die Einstellung durchsucht und konnte weder im Slicer noch am Drucker selbst nichts finden.

Für Ideen, was ich noch machen könnte, wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Creaking sound along z-axis

I bought the printer second hand. It prints fine but everytime I start the printer it makes this awful squeking/creaking sound. What is it? I put some lubricant on the horizontal rods according to maintenance guide but it suggests not to put any lubricant on the vertical rods.

INDX Nozzle compatibility

I've ordered the INDX upgrade for my CoreOne and I'm curious if my old nozzles are compatible with the INDX system or it uses different nozzles.

Does anyone have an answer? Thanks!

X-Axis self test issue

Hello, I've had my Prusa MINI for a few years, and in the past year or so it cannot pass the X-Axis self test. My prints have been mostly satisfactory so I ignored it for awhile, but it seems there may be a recent firmware update that now nags me every time I start a print, so I've taken a closer crack at diagnosing.

No matter what I've tried so far, it consistently fails "rew X-Axis u/50 mm/s", landing above the target <182,192> range.

I I've tried loosening/tightening the belt, using the belt tuner app, but I can only get the X-Axis measured length to vary by tiny amounts.

Core One + Hotend Fan fail

I recently had my Core One notify me of the Hotend fan RPM test fail during a print. I dusted, cleaned, and made sure the connection to the Nextuder LoveBoard was good but it still failed. No problem I thought and ordered two new fans (have a spare on hand just in case) through PRUSA. I just got the new fan installed and it is still failing. Could this be an error with the LoveBoard?

Any help is greatly appretiated!

Diagonal distortions on vertical sufaces

Hey all,

Please see attached photo. I've got some weird diagonal distortions on a print I'm trying to get out. This same print looks great when I output it on my MK4. The orientation of the part in this photo is how it sits on the bed. This iI've tried re-calibrating the XY belts, and that didn't solve it. Before I start burning more filament trying extrusion % and flow settings, I was wondering if there is any wisdom that could help me narrow it down.

I'm using the following settings:

- Prusa Slicer 2.9.4
- Firmware 6.5.3
- .15mm Structural
- Jessie PLA (using the Prusa provided settings for that filament)
- Prusa textured sheet

Guten Tag

Ich habe jetzt leider schon mehrfach das Problem gehabt, dass der Drucker (MK4S mit MMU) nach gewisser Zeit (6% bis 35%) einfach pausiert "Parke".

Egal ob in der App oder am Drucker, er lässt sich nicht neu laden oder sonst wie weiter nutzen. Geht nur Reset. Leider dann der Druck zum Verwerfen.

Würde mich um Antwort und Hilfe freuen.
