Problem with the slicer on some layers
Hello,
I'm printing a tablet with 0.4mm thick text. The tablet itself is 4mm thick. When sliced at 1.2mm thickness, the text appears again on a single 0.2mm layer, then the infills begin. From 2.8mm to 3.2mm, there's still infill, which isn't normal.
I don't know why this text appears in the printout; it's not needed in the project. This process significantly slows down the printing time.
Is this a bug in the slicer?
Is there a way to eliminate these problems?
I insert the project.
RE: Problem with the slicer on some layers
Actually this is very normal for PS. Several posts in this very sub forum about it and also on GitHub.
For example https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/prusaslicer/slicer-adding-logo-into-middle-layers/
or https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/14581
Also no project attached. One of the vagaries of the forum software is that the allowed types of file is very limited and does not include 3mf or gcode. You have to ZIP up most files before the forum accepts them. If you don't it will silently drop them.
As the edit window is also VERY short it is best practice to check your post immediately after posting and confirm its is as you expected.
