Problem with printing a 'round' corner of an object.

I'm hoping someone can enlighten me a bit about the problem I having when printing an object.
See attachment a) object on the bed of Prusaslicer, and b) object printed on Ender-3.
As you can see from the images the rounded end of the object is not really 'round'.
In the slicer, support option was 'enabled'. But the 'rounding' really didn't come out very well.
What can I do to improve the print to this aspect?

Any curve like that wont by the nature of 3d printing work well. At the bottom your curve is basically one big overhang. Normally you would put support under it. However when its close to the bed there isn't enough room to fit support under there. Especially if you have a support gap which is needed for normal supports of the same material to not weld themselves to the part.
Change the orientation of the part so its not printed like that. Or use a dissimilar material or soluble supports with zero gap on a raft. But unless you have a multi material printer that's not going to be practical really.
Designs that are specifically made for 3d printing use a single chamfer until it is sufficient angled to avoid this problem. That part is not well designed for 3d printing.
