Printing Support with MK3S (using Prusa Slicer)

I'm printing out the Lack MMU enclosure. When I printed out and it does not come out right - the bottom looks messed while on the top looks perfect clean.

I noticed there's blue blocks on Prusa Slicer, so I right+clicked the line under "Obsceny-Kostka" (which means "current cube"(?) via Google translation) and I don't really understand it.

I figure it must be support or something. Since I'm printing by using my new MK3S (no MMU), I have no special support filament and how can I have a clean print out on those support-require printouts?

Use the Use Support Enforcers option when printing.
