Print job using tool not specified in slicer (that I can see)

I have a 3-color print job (in PETG) and am using tools 1-3 (yellow, black, white) if it matters. However when the print starts for reasons I cannot figure out, it gets each of those 1-3 tools and does the usual startup heat, purge, check height and then for reasons beyond my understanding takes a wander over to tool 5 and tries to snag it. While in theory this shouldn't be a problem, something fell a while ago and knocked tool 5's dock slightly off true (which someday I will address), so it tends to not dismount cleanly. But as far as I can tell I do not have tool 5 anywhere in my settings (I have tool 1 set as the wipe tower extruder). In the summary of the job (below) it does list tool 5, but it has zero listed as the usage. I suppose I can hunt through the g-code to see who/what is asking for it, but nothing I can see...

weirdest part if I export the G-code in verbose ascii g-code I can't even find a T5 in the file (yes there is a T5 in the thumbnail but that's just binary gibberish). code attached to this post (zipped as it is >10MB)

RE:

We would need your project file from PS to examine rather than the gcode.  File>Save Project as and then take the .3mf produced and do the same as you did for the gcode.   While there is a size limit the forum wont accept even a small gcode or 3mf file.  It has to be zipped up or the forum will silently just not attach anything.

Also Tools index starts at Zero, so you are searching for T4, and there are 880 matches for that.  The trick is finding why in the project file.
