Phantom Filament Change

Maybe a dumb question. I just upgraded my MK4S+MMU3 to a CoreOne+ (without MMU while waiting for INDX). Even with known single-color models, every test print, after slicing and uploading, has resulted in one automatic filament change action within a couple of minutes after the print starts. I feed in the same filament again, it purges a bit, and continues on with no more mystery filament changes.  Anyone know what I should check to fix this?

Never a dumb question. But this might be a dumb suggestion 😀

Are you using the standard Core One printer profile, or is it one with multi-material enabled? I don't have MMU but with my profile I use for manual multi-material there's always an initial colour change where I choose the option to ignore. The same thing happens with that printer profile even for single colour models, so I revert to a single nozzle printer system preset for most.

It might be an issue with the filament sensor triggering a false run out if you have the correct profile and all.  I would suggest reaching out to support for some assistance in checking it out.
