Parts of STL missing when sliced, only using even numbered export in openscad

I have an issue with slicing that has me stumped.  If I export an STL from my openscad file with $fn set to 100, everything exports correctly but prusaslicer will not perform slicing on the flame part of the dragon design.  If I set $fn to 101 (or any prime I've tested) and export, prusaslicer says it has repaired the STL and slices everything correctly.

I have attached the svg and images showing the way prusaslicer slices the two different models.  Prusaslicer version 2.1.1-linux64.  scad and stl files are here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1wYdt3oMC3mOznS2T6c79JAoI9-3uL3eL

realized I didn't include the svg in the original for some reason, I've added it to the tarball: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1i25vVsZPrt_OcmwOpW34MbzXINpanZVi

Your best bet is to save your project as , which saves it as a 3mf file.  That will contain the models, any modifiers, settings etc so the slice can be duplicated properly. It rules out profiles being corrupted etc. You will have to either rename or zip the file to attach it for the forum.

Sorry I wasn't clear.  Nothing in slicing settings will have any effect, the slicer always fails to render the flames in this example.  I've got a link to a 3mf file here.  I don't see a way to upload it to the forum: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1QM0etOQJmZfNUz6tyKbdCCvOlkvEtIDv
