Parts missing after slicing
I tried to slice this 18650 battery case lid.
STL looks good, but after slicing in the PrusaSlicer the little bubbles which keep the lid closed are missing.
Tried the same in Cura - here they remain as they should.
Unfortunately I cant find the thingiverse link anymore and I cant upload stl here.
Any ideas?

I think it is this battery holder on Thingiverse. I think the STL is damaged. I ran a fix on it and the bump prints successfully on the repaired part (on the left).
You can upload stl, you just have to zip it up into an archive. The forum doesnt let you attach anything but pictures or a zip file. However the best thing is to save your project in PS (File>Save project as) and then zip up the saved .3mf file and attach that here.
A 3mf project file is much better to debug with as it contains not only your model(s) but also a snapshot of all your settings and any modifiers etc that may also be in play.

Indeed it was this one @bobstro found.
If its just a broken stl I'm more or less relieved - I couldn't find what I did wrong.
Still the question remains why in Cura this phenomenon doesn't show up, whereas in PS it does.
In any case thank you for your answers and the good hint how to upload my models here.
accept the differences
Every slicer is different and handle errors differently.
some models are specifically produced to make use of these differences, this is particularly noticeable with commercial 3D printed Plane models, which often slice poorly, in Prusa slicer!
