Paint on colors means no sequential printing

Paint on color seems to work (kinda, it needs a lot more polishing), but the method of abstracting the color/tool change in the gcode makes it impossible to do sequential object printing. Why is that a big deal? When the XL comes out all will see the value in managing the number of tool changes. Note; sequential printing helps with filament switching like the MMU as well. Less tool changes means way more reliability and way less time to print. You want less tool changes. Sequential object printing can easily cut the tool changes by at least 50%!
