The imge below is a typical example.  Whenever the print has an internal "floor" there is a ridge shown on the outside.  I don't have any idea of what is causing it and therefore what I should consider changing.  

Apologies if I am leaving out any critical information.  Below is the INI file from 
C:\Users\Me\AppData\Roaming\PrusaSlicer\filament\Generic PLA @CREALITY - Copy.ini
