Not slicing as expected?

Odd problem using PrusaSlicer, wanted to see if anyone has seen this or has any ideas. I have an object that is 7mm thick. It has 0.4mm debossed text on the top. All layers are set to 0.2mm, so as expected there are 35 layers with the top one exactly at 7.00mm. I would expect the top 2 layers to have the text open with the top fill around it, and the layer below that to be flat. For some reason when I slice it I am getting a top layer with no fill... just the perimeters of the text and outer shape. The second layer is what I expect both top layers to look like, with the fill. Then the next one down (3) which I expect to be flat has a larger area cut out for the text. Below that is flat, which is what I would expect on layer 3. Here are the top 4 layers.

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

RE:

Needle Box v4Oddly, when I opened it again the problem was gone an it sliced as expected. But file is attached, I'm curious if anyone sees the same thing when they open it.

RE: Not slicing as expected?

Having a similar issue again. This is a flat ruler with the top 2 layers being the number and marking. The top 2 layers are as expected, and the layer below it is solid as expected. But if I go a few more layers down, there is a layer that has "ghost" numbers (they are somewhat hollow) then fill all around it. Any idea why this would happen? I  didn't notice it when I sliced it, but I saw it happen while it was printing.
