Normal prints do not use calibrated Extrusion Multiplier width

I have been fighting this problem for weeks, trying to get correct wall thickness and adhesion.

I am using an Ender 3 Pro and PrusaSlicer 2.3.0.  Used this guide to set my Extrusion multiplier:

https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/extrusion-multiplier-calibration_2257

Got a perfect cube with wall thickness of 0.45" after setting multiplier to 1.09.

If I use the same cube and just uncheck "Spiral" and set Perimeters = 2, I get a wall thickness of 0.88".  Perfect.

Now if I try again to print the Ender 3 drawers, which have very tall  walls, with 4 perimeters, the stupid walls come out with thickness about 0.33" and each perimeter completely un-attached to adjacent perimeters.

I cannot attach files, so have added a Gdrive link to the .3mf files for Test cube and Ender 3 Drawer.

First thing is try is slowing down. If you're moving to larger prints, speeds are faster and you can outrun the hotels capacity. Save your part and settings in a 3MF project file, zip it up, and attach it to a reply here so we can look at everything and give better suggestions. Attachments must be zipped.

Ok, I guess my Gdrive links didn't work.  I've attached zips

cube-40-40-40_Spiral-Single-wall.

3mfV3_CASE.3mf

I have speed for perimeters at 40mm/s for perimeters in Prusa, then turn it down to 70% on the Ender 3 when I print PETG, since I can't find a way in Prusa to set print speed for individual filament.  So it should be 28mm/S.  Same print speed for both cube and case.

Here is my test cube printed as the calibration guide shows, in spiral mode, with Inland PETG, and 1.09 Extrusion Multiplier:

Now here is a real print project, the Ender 3 drawer case.  Prusa slices it with 4 perimeters, but now it prints with an extrusion width of about 0.33", and perimeters do not adhere at all to adjacent.

Some corrections, as it appears I cannot edit my own post (lesson to use preview 🙂

Units above are mm, not inch.

The 1st photo above is not spiral sliced, but rather 2 perimeters.
