Non-solid walls, separate layers

Hi, I don't know why some walls aren't solid and the layers are separated.

I'm using PLA 210 ºC and Prusaslicer 2.5.0

You can download the .3mf HERE ==> Passion_Box_sleeves.3mf

I appreciate your help 😉

RE: Non-solid walls, separate layers

If your using the Arachne perimeter generator, try using the Original perimeter generator, also it looks from your images as if your under extruding.

Check that your nozzle is not partially clogged, or just replace it, and check your Max volumetric speed. There are many things that can cause this besides the aforementioned. Improper feeder tension, poor quality filament, if a bowden extruder it could be a friction problem, etc,,, etc,,.

You could also try slowing the print down.

I agree with everything R&D posted.  You are definitely underextruding and the reduced overlap arachne tends to give between perimeters when compared to Classic will highlight that issue.

I will add that if some walls are separating and others are not, based on axis, then it could also be belt tensions on the X/Y.

Hi, thans for your answer. I will start testing the change on the perimeter generator, from Arachne to Classic. It is better try one thing and then another one in order to find which is the real fix for the problem.

I'm currently printing again the piece. As soon it finishes I will let you know the results 😉
