New to Prusa. Infill problem, poor results, Grid and Adaptive Grid

I'm new to Prusa slicer.  Currently using 2.5.2.  Using an old Robo R1, modified.

Experimenting with Grid and Adaptive Grid for infill and getting terrible results.  Prints well for the first few layers but when starting infill get terrible,  unusable, results.    It appears to be poor adhesion, under extrusion/too fast, or ?.

Most likely I have simply overlooked/not found some related setting to adjust, but, have no clue.

I can attempt to supply a picture, if that will help, but seems I cannot directly attach or upload a file, only from a URL.  Is that not the case?

Pictures only go so far, they will tell us what you are getting visually, what is more useful is a saved prusa slicer project file.  Use File>Save Project As from PS.  That saves a 3mf file.  a PS 3mf contains the parts but more importantly it also contains copies of the 3 currently selected profiles as well as any placement, modifiers etc.  Its a snapshot of your slice.  With it we can slice identically to you, output gcode, and check all the hundreds of settings and your custom gcode etc for anything that looks 'off'.

The important thing though is that to attach any files here you must ZIP them up.  The forum only allows a very limited number of file types.  ZIP is allowed.  Also as the edit window is VERY short it is best to check immediately after posting to make sure it did attach, as if it doesnt like it it will just silently not attach it.  Use the Choose file button in the bottom left corner.

Pictures can be added using the Add Media button  which is top right above the text entry field.

You also have to have a minimum number of posts for everything to be accessible/show up so if there's something not there just post a bit and carry on the thread 🙂
