MMU print slice settings: option to print from "inside out"?

I created a model of a dice for HeroQuest, where the faces use a few millimeters of inserted length, so that the print extrudes enough material to give a good result.

When discussing this with a friend of mine, the following idea came up: when the extrusion would start from the inside of the object and stop at the outside of the object, for any new extrusion (after color change?), we would expected a more clean side of the dice.

Currently, this is "random", where the extrusion starts. So it starts e.g. with black material from the side of the dice to the inside as shown here:

As I did not find something myself:

Is there some setting we could use to "force slicer to start extrusion on the inside of the object unless it's a perimeter extrusion"?
