Missing raft in part of a model
I add raft to this model and i know this part is flat like the others but skip the raft in that area any clue?

It looks like the model is not touching the build plate under those bars where the raft goes inside the model.
this could be because the model is very thin. do you have elephants foot compensation set to a number larger than 0.0mm?
try using 0.0mm
elephants foot compensation artificially thins the first layer of your print, if the part is already very thin, this elephants foot compensation may be enough to make the first layer in that area unprintable.

For questions like this, just seeing a png isn't giving us much information to work with. You can get more meaningful input if you save the project as a .3mf file, zip it (important, this forum software does allow .zip but not .3mf files), and attach it to your post. This way, the friendly people here have all the print settings to try and figure out what's going on.
